Chris is a proud Navy veteran and son of a USAF Colonel, service has a special place. He concluded his career on Trident Class Nuclear Powered Submarines as the Nuclear Machinery Division Chief Petty Officer. His Naval career path mimics his approach to the world, welcome challenges and dive in with enthusiasm. From volunteering to individually augment the fighting forces post 9/11, to Instructor Duty at Naval Nuclear Power School, and the decks of the USS Constitution, ‘interesting’ has been the drive. Since leaving military service, Chris has gravitated towards new market/region/partnership development with companies such as Emerson, Endress + Hauser, and other major instrumentation manufacturers. Chris is a graduate of the Leader Education and Development program at the University of Indianapolis. He was promoted from Vice President, Sales to President of APS in May 2023, after spending the past two years driving market development, product innovation, and relationship cultivation for APS.
Chris is passionate about culture and people, and he believes that exploring different cuisines is the best way to connect!
Benjamin is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas. He has 13 years of engineering experience 7 of which are in the waterblasting industry. He earned his master's in engineering and a master's in business administration from Kansas State.
In Ben's spare time he enjoys programming.
Nick began his waterblast career at APS more than 10 years ago as an entry-level employee and has gained extensive experience in the waterblast industry. Throughout his journey, Nick has had the opportunity to work closely with customers from various corners of the globe, expanding his knowledge of the industry and developing strong relationships to effectively serve clients and drive successful outcomes. In early 2023 he was promoted to the role of Sales Manager. Nick holds a degree in Communications and Computer Graphics from the University of Houston.
Nick worked as a reporter for the Houston Chronicle prior to joining APS.

Victor brings close to a decade of water blasting experience to the group & bilingual expertise to the team. His role as Sales Manager for Global Systems fulfills a critical role in driving revenue from the sales of products marketed under the Shape Waterblast Group, securing agreements with industrial cleaning contractors and industrial plant clients. His dedication and drive for sales have helped position the company as a trusted strategic advisor within the water blasting industry and have aided in expanding the company’s reach influencing new markets through the identification and recruitment of additional distributors and new accounts.

After graduating from California State University, Bryan embarked on a remarkable marketing journey in 2014. Over the years, he has honed his skills and expertise by working at a diverse range of companies from small SEO consulting firms to Fortune 500 companies. Working in many marketing fields including SEO/ SEM, Brand, E-commerce, Digital, Social, Email, Content & Product Marketing. With an acute understanding of the ever-evolving marketing landscape, Bryan is passionate about creating innovative strategies and delivering impactful results for our clients.
